Fantastic service! Dimitri confirmed the appointment the day before, and showed up early on the day after checking with me that I was free. He was respectful of our home and was careful when moving his equipment along our narrow hallway. … More He did a thorough job, moving out the sofa to clean the side against the wall. He wore shoe coverings and a face mask (properly!) the entire time. He was quick and efficient with his service. Great value as well! Super satisfied with the service. I used this service to clean: 3 old Persian rugs, a couple of chair cushions, a mattress and the carpet in two bedrooms. Dimitri cleaned everything in roughly one hour, he was very honest about not expecting … More much because some of the stains were too old but at least now everything is clean and sanitised. He showed up on time. Very reasonable prices. A note if you are going to use this service: rugs needed at least 5 hours to dry, cushions mattress and carpet 3-4 hours. Better book the service in the morning. Super noisy machinery so be careful if you are working from home or have small kids. During the drying process if your stuffs are old and full of dirt like mine, a not very pleasant smell will come up but it will disappear once everything will be dry. -
